The neighborhood is characterized by an abundance of mature trees, lovely homes, beautiful landscaping, and welcoming neighbors of all ages. It is adjacent to both Bolin Creek and the many trails of the Carolina North Forest and is served by the highly-rated Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System.
