Dear Neighbors,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some exciting news regarding the HOA's new stone patio project. Construction begins tomorrow, and we would love for everyone to be a part of it!
Here are two ways to get involved. First, between the raindrops today, take a walk to the corner of Cardiff and Oldham.
You will see the patio stones delivered this week from Scott Stone in Mebane and the gravel from JV Brockwell in Chapel Hill, both awaiting their new home.
The size of the stones is impressive! I couldn't help taking a picture of David and Mia for scale.
The second way to get involved is to give in any amount to show your support! The Family of Jim Kaiser motivated this project with a generous gift to the HOA. In addition, we have additional support from about 25 neighbors, which is greatly appreciated, but only about 15% of our neighborhood.

Funds beyond our GoFundMe goal will help to:
- Purchase plants and landscaping
- Offset the cost of materials
- Offset costs to our general fund.
- Show support for the hard work of our HOA board!
I love that we are using this location to create an outdoor space where we can sit in the woods, and I can't wait to meet friends and neighbors at the stone patio!
